Now, we’re hiring an Ecosystem Growth Manager to unlock new pipeline by building strategic partnerships and owning outbound co-marketing plays. You’ll work directly with our CEO and be at the center of the DTC ecosystem.

This role is for someone who wants to win through leverage. Not 100 cold calls. 10 key intros. Not a blog post a week. A co-marketing engine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
→ Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline: Source high-quality leads and MQMs by nurturing agency and tech partner relationships. You’ll own the entire lifecycle—outreach to closed-won.
→ Execute High-Impact Co-Marketing: Launch monthly joint campaigns with partners—webinars, case studies, email swaps, content drops, and more. Turn relationships into reach.
→ Grow the Ecosystem: Sign 6+ new tech and agency partners per quarter. Find mutual overlap. Build value.
→ Build Market Presence: Attend and contribute to 3+ ecosystem events each quarter—panels, partner meetups, roundtables, or speaker slots.
→ Track Everything: Keep CRM and ClickUp airtight. Report on activity, intros, outcomes, and opportunities weekly.
→ Own Big Growth Plays: Lead 1 major ecosystem initiative per quarter (e.g., build our partnership onboarding system or refresh our partner referral workflows).
