We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help YOCTO market itself, by turning founder-led content and recordings into consistently published, high-quality content across our channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a content operations and coordination role. Your responsibility is to ensure YOCTO’s content engine runs smoothly and at scale. Once an idea exists or a video is recorded, everything that follows is yours: coordination, timelines, execution, publishing, and repurposing.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and coordinate a Video Editor and Thumbnail Designer for YouTube content, as well as YOCTO’s internal copywriting and design team for other marketing assets.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Content execution and publishing:
Upload and publish YouTube videos
Write and format repurposed LinkedIn posts
Coordinate graphics and copy for case studies, client results, and agency updates
Maintain consistent posting cadence and schedules
Repurpose long-form content into platform-native formats
Ensure consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging
Content produciton management (end-to-end):
Topic tracking and backlog management
Script coordination and formatting
Scheduling recordings with the Founder
Managing external freelancers (video editor, thumbnail designer)
Reviewing deliverables for quality, completeness, and readiness
Ensure every asset moves cleanly through the pipeline (idea, recording, video edit, thumbnail design, publishing, repurposing across channels)

You will own posting timelines and schedules without approval loops.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong organization and coordination skills
High ownership and bias toward action
Solid understanding of modern social media and content ecosystems
Comfort working with creators, founders, and freelancers
Good technical intuition (tools, formats, workflows)
Ability to operate independently without step-by-step instructions
NICE TO HAVE
Experience coordinating content for founders or operators
Familiarity with YouTube workflows and repurposing strategies
Experience working with remote teams and freelancers
Basic understanding of B2B, ecommerce, or agency environments

This is a remote contractor role with a competitive salary. We offer:
