• We're on track to hit our annual growth targets by August
• Our client retention is 17+ months and increasing compared to an industry average of 6
• We currently have so much new business coming that we're finding it difficult to hire people fast enough

In our first year doing business, Klaviyo invited us in their Partner Advisory Council, and we're very well connected in the industry ecosystem, getting priority access to new features, tools, and information that other agencies simply don't ever learn about.

Now, we’re hiring a Strategy Associate to join us at the ground floor—and grow fast. You’ll learn, build, own projects, and get direct mentorship from top retention marketers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This is a role for smart, hungry people who want to grow fast. We don’t care if you’ve never touched Klaviyo or ClickUp—we can teach you that. What we can’t teach is focus, curiosity, and the drive to own outcomes. If you have those, you’ll thrive here.

• Build Email Campaigns from Figma Designs → You'll turn creative ideas into high-converting email campaigns, QAing for mobile, dark mode, and functionality—ensuring every send is flawless.
• Create and Manage Content Calendars and Briefs → You’ll help Strategists plan campaigns that drive revenue, map out timelines, and turn abstract ideas into organized workflows.
• Set Up Advanced Segments in Klaviyo → You’ll create targeting logic that ensures the right message reaches the right person at the right time—maximizing performance and learning the core of personalization.
• Own Project Management in ClickUp Across 5-6 Clients → You’ll keep teams accountable, deadlines tight, and work moving—becoming the operations engine behind amazing retention programs.
• Take Ownership of Assigned Tasks → Whether it's preparing a test, fixing a broken link, or chasing a missing brief, you’ll never let balls drop. You’ll ask smart questions, raise blockers early, and finish what you start.
• Join Client Calls Alongside Strategists → From Day 1, you’ll be exposed to senior-level thinking. Over time, you’ll take the lead—running comms, presenting ideas, and eventually stepping into a Strategist role yourself.
