We’re hiring a Strategy Associate to help run projects and keep content and campaign workflows running like clockwork. This role partners closely with copy, design, and strategy to ensure ideas become measurable outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of a four person team which consists of a Lifecycle Strategist, a Copywriter, and a Designer, which services 5-6 clients on average. Your prime objective is to support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing across campaigns and automated flows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Ensure ClickUp is always kept up to date, every delivery item is delivered on time and following our quality standards.

• Create campaign calendars for lifecycle marketing channels (email, SMS).

• Ensure campaign calendars include strong, clear briefs for copy and design, to minimize revisions and hit performance targets

• Implement Campaign designs from Figma to our sending platform (Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, etc.) using the appropriate lifecycle segments

• Attend client calls along with Strategist, document client feedback, and ensure it's incorporated iteratively into our production workflows, as needed

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

• Over time, you will be exposed and learn our full service delivery cycle, including automation (flow), on-site (popup), analytics, strategy development, subscription management and more.

• The objective is that you get promoted into a Strategist within 1 to 2 years, depending on your performance. This makes the role ideal for people who want to fast-track their career.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience coordinating email & SMS production in Klaviyo or similar ESPs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create concise briefs, summaries, and status updates.

• High attention to detail and a bias for ownership, you see problems, propose solutions, and close the loop.

• Proven experience managing projects and content workflows in ClickUp or similar PM tools.

• Strong data literacy: comfortable reading campaign metrics, spotting trends, and turning them into clear recommendations.

• Basic familiarity with Figma for collaborating with design teams.

• Confident using Gsuite and Slack for documentation, reporting, and async communication.
