We’re hiring a **Senior**  **Strategy Associate** to help run projects and keep content and campaign workflows running like clockwork. You will trade the frustration of disorganized, blocked execution for a structured environment where you have the full ownership needed to drive projects to completion. This role is built for a high-achiever ready to escape a stagnant learning curve and take on the responsibility of refining processes that actually work.

**THIS IS A ROLE WHERE**

You’ll feel the pride of true ownership, running end-to-end workstreams within a team alongside a Senior Email Strategist and Designer. Supporting clients, your prime objective is to ensure the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing flows move with high momentum and flawless quality.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

- Build and launch lifecycle outputs in platforms like Klaviyo, following the master brief to ensure every campaign is correctly set up, rigorously QA’d, and functionally perfect.

- Write the copy and use the AI tools to brainstorm subject lines, preview text, hooks, and call-to-action (CTA) variations for each workflow phase.

- Empower the design team by providing clear inputs and realistic deadlines, maintaining a balanced workload that allows for high-quality, high-momentum execution.

- Own ClickUp and make sure is always kept up to date, every delivery item is delivered on time and following our quality standards.

- Manage day-to-day internal and client communications, ensuring absolute clarity on deliverables while running a tight approval process that captures and actions feedback without delay.

- Monitor and optimize execution results against client KPIs, identifying patterns or technical opportunities to share with the Strategist to ensure our work continuously improves.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Systems, or a related field; CRM or Project Management certifications are a strong plus.

- Experience: 2-3 years in DTC eCommerce or lifecycle marketing (agency or in-house), with a strong background in email and SMS execution.

- Hands-on experience building and QA’ing campaigns in Klaviyo (or equivalent) and navigating Shopify ecosystems.

- Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and dependencies within ClickUp or similar project management tools.

- Exceptional attention to detail for technical execution, clear communication for client/internal alignment, and the ability to analyze performance metrics.

- Bonus Points: Familiarity with subscription platforms (Recharge/Skio), loyalty tools (LoyaltyLion), or advanced retention tech like PostPilot or Octane AI.
